Classes Connectées Dir iddik

Digital inclusion in rural areas

Paragraphs

What is it ?

« Classes Connectées Dir iddik » is a CSR project launched by inwi at the end of 2021 in order to promote digital inclusion in rural areas, celebrating the 10th anniversary of Dir iddik. This project consists of the equipment of several multimedia classrooms in public primary schools, located in rural areas all over Morocco, to support the digitalization of the educational programs. To date, 50 classes have already been fully equipped by inwi, and Al Mada Foundation supports « Classes Connectées » to extend the impact of this project initiated by Dir iddik.

The support of Nareva and Managem takes this initiative to the next level as part of their respective CSR approaches. Over the next 3 years, this ambitious project, in partnership with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, aims to equip multimedia classrooms and set up activities targeting rural students in 12 Regional Education and Training Academies (AREF). This is the perfect way to help young students develop a set of new skills using the digital tools, and promote a modern and inclusive education.

Al Mada Foundation, with the support of inwi, Managem and Nareva, aspires to reach more than 30 000 beneficiaries by 2025, through equipping more than 100 rural primary schools across the 12 Moroccan regions.
