When we were contacted to participate, we found out that the program was an ambitious one that could benefit us at different levels, whether it’s from an awareness point of view of our association or with regards to the project we were going to launch in collaboration with Dir Iddik.

Why do Moroccan youth have to commit to volunteering ?

Volunteering is a passionate field where we learn important matters and develop skills that become assets in our professional lives. Without forgetting the essence of volunteering, that is about operating positive change in our society.

For you what are the qualities of a good volunteer ?

Réponse

There are so many values that volunteers needs to have in order to well manage their missions such as sharing and generosity, team-spirit, and commitment sense. Additionally, they need to learn to be patient as they usually face challenges that require perseverance and self-control.

Question 4

What are the missions you are preparing for these young volunteers throughout the year ?

Within planned activities there is the project of El baroudi school upgrade that constitues a crucial component of our participation to dir Iddik projects. Various missions and activities are currently in preparation (fun/amusement, educational…) for students and restructure and school equipment upgrades.
