Question 1

Can you tell us about your association?

Réponse
We are a collective of more than 100 young volunteers who have been working in different areas in the social field for the past 6 years. Our objective is to offer help to the vulnerable social categories, to reduce the social gaps, and to work for greater social mutual aid.

Question 2

In which areas is your association most active?

Réponse
We are active in several areas, the majority of which are predetermined by our annual program, which lists more than 33 projects and activities. But we are especially involved in the social aspect through our sustained interest in the populations living in remote areas, people living on the street, orphans, and families in need or without a source of income. We do not limit ourselves to the social aspect since we also operate in the educational, cultural, health and ecological fields, and we also focus on women's issues and disabilities.

Question 3

How do you manage to carry out all these projects (which sometimes overlap)?

Réponse
We rely on a complementary team, and as the pillars of the association, we strongly believe that our success depends on a good team. This starts with a clear division of labor, a spirit of collaboration, a climate of exchange and fluid communication. Secondly, our organization has a flat hierarchy, meaning no one individual bears the burden alone. Finally, we make sure that our vision of success is common and shared, and that all members believe in our projects and are constantly motivated.

Question 4

So what are your goals and vision?

Réponse
We hope to create a leading institution in the promotion of voluntary work throughout Morocco by orienting the intellectual and operational potential of young people. The idea is to serve society, popularize volunteerism, support initiatives in this direction and demonstrate the positive impact on social development. We also want to promote citizenship values and a sense of belonging in order to engage young people when the need arises (natural disasters, government initiatives, etc.).
