Question 1

What were your experiences as a volunteer and what was special about them?

Réponse
I have participated in a large number of actions, including visits to rest homes, a collective tour, and animation evenings at a child protection center during the month of Ramadan. This was a unique experience that allowed us to bring a smile to these children.

Question 2

What was your most striking memory?

Réponse
One day I was particularly marked by the sadness I saw in the eyes of the children during a gardening workshop. One child's emotional response, when I asked him what he was going to name his plant, broke my heart and made a deep impression on me. He sadly replied: "maqtouâa men chejra" which can be translated as "lonely and without family".

Question 3

What pushed you towards voluntary work?

Réponse
First of all, it was my awareness that many people need my help. I had little interest in volunteering until I visited the Home for the Rest and Protection of the Elderly, organized by one of my teachers in college. I realized that some people suffer in silence, especially seniors who are abandoned by their loved ones and whom we must not abandon in turn.

Question 4

What qualities are necessary for a volunteer?

Réponse
I don't see any specific qualities since it is enough to love your work and want to make a positive impact on those around you.
