By supporting volunteerism in Morocco, we give ourselves the means to achieve more noble goals
Question 1
Why is it important to encourage volunteerism in Morocco?
Réponse
By supporting volunteerism in Morocco, we give ourselves the means to achieve more noble goals: humanitarian actions to prepare and train individuals to be capable of tackling great challenges. The benefits of volunteering are multiple and concern all the people involved, whether they are individuals, communities or nonprofit organizations, thus allowing them, in addition to strengthening society, to play an important role in a democratic and civil context. The fact that we live in a Muslim country means that volunteering runs through the veins of all Moroccans. Our role as associations is therefore to encourage young people to get involved in the social field so that they in turn can enjoy the feeling of satisfaction and belonging, participate in the development of Morocco, and become aware of the importance of acquiring new skills.Question 2
How does your association promote volunteering among youth?
Réponse
We encourage young people to train in order to acquire skills, integrate into society, meet new people, and create a new culture among Moroccan youth. This also allows them to develop self-confidence and find their place in society, knowing that the association has already created a group of young volunteers who will promote the practice from an early age.Question 3
What are the qualities required in a volunteer?
Réponse
He must have in him the values of volunteering, helping others and creating a climate conducive to communication between him and the rest of the youth.Question 4
Do you have any final words?
Réponse
I hope that all companies and educational institutions will participate in promoting and undertaking actions of a voluntary nature. Both our country and a very large number of people living in its four corners need us. The proof of your good deeds will be that you are our partners in our sustainable development projects!
